This friendly comp is all about repping your crew, having a good time, and pushing yourself in a fun, supportive environment. Bring the noise, bring the energy, and letโs make this another epic one!
Perfect for those new to comps or still building confidence. No pull-ups or TTB here โ just solid functional movements and fun, inclusive vibes.
Movements Include:
Kettlebells 12/16kg โ Swings, Clean, Squat, Snatch, Overhead Lunge
Dumbbells 10/15kg โ Single Arm Snatch
Barbell 25/40kg โ Deadlift, Power Clean, Front Squat, Thruster, Snatch

This division is all about getting involved, having a go, and getting that first comp under your belt with good support and low-stress workouts ๐ช๐พ
Youโre comfortable with barbell cycling, higher-skill gymnastics, and moving at pace. Youโve done a comp or two or are ready to level up.
